My name is Bianca Taylor and I am an ISSA certified personal trainer with a certification in plant based nutrition from eCornell and nearly 8 years of experience as a personal trainer and one one one coach.
I am certified in energy work and have worked as a life and business coach, supporting women through major life transformations since 2020.
I am extremely passionate about plant based nutrition and overall self development, as I believe the two are deeply interconnected. I founded my coaching business in 2015, and have coached thousands of people online to achieving a healthier lifestyle on a plant based diet, while also focusing much of my work on helping women find confidence in their bodies and minds.
Over the past decade I have amassed over 1 million followers online as a content creator, and have been featured in publications such as Inked magazine, and the Netflix Original Docuseries "You are What You Eat", where I assisted in coaching identical twins in a Stanford
University experiment.
My intention with my work is to continue to make fitness and healthy living inviting to all walks of life, whilst also inspiring women to live in their most authentic self expression.

I'm a recently retired indoor professional soccer player, and my love for fitness and how nutrition affects our body comes from playing soccer for the last 30 years.

Hi there! I'm Ariel, and I'm a mom of nine incredible kids.
For over 12 years, my family and I have embraced the vegan lifestyle, valuing the benefits it brings to our health and the environment. Our family is a uniquely blended family consisting of six biological children and three amazing step kids.
In addition to being a busy mother, I've also immersed myself in the fitness industry for the past decade. I specialize in glute training, yoga, and nutrition, and I absolutely love helping other women on their health and fitness journeys.
Family outdoor sports, such as hiking and SUP boarding, have become staple activities that allow us to immerse ourselves in nature on our nomadic adventures.
Recently, we took our love for animals to the next level by starting our own farm sanctuary where we rehab animalDividers to be released back to the wild.
Transformation
As a trainer for the featured twins in the Stanford study in the 2022 original Netflix docu-series, Bianca was on hand to coach the participants through the challenges of a radical fitness transition. Her experience and knowledge around training and veganism enabled support to the twins that were new to eating vegan and new to following a program.

Megan has been on her own fitness journey for the last 15 years.
She has done fitness programs, worked with other personal trainers and tried learning vegan nutrition on her own, but it wasn’t until her own Vegan Baddie experience with Bianca Taylor Fitness that she found the true key to her journey.
She lost over 30 lbs so far and now understands how to eat foods that only give energy to her body and make her feel the ultimate body confidence that she can now share with others.

His role as the onboarding specialist is to help you determine which level of the Vegan Baddie Blueprint is right for you based on your goals, fitness experience, and level of commitment. From that point onward you will be working with an all female team as a member of the Vegan Baddie Blueprint community.
